Urban Daisy is the newest Twin Cities wedding venue. The downtown venue features architecture that shines with high ceilings, beautiful fixtures, and contemporary decor to serve as the perfect backdrop. As a wedding and event venue, the venue comfortably accommodates a broad array of visions, from a small and simple ceremony to a large and hyper-detailed celebration. However, what truly makes this a spectacular modern Minneapolis wedding venue is that it is a blank slate. You are truly able to design your own wedding day. There are few wedding venues with this selling point!

Cotton + Joy Creative Co’s original inspiration for this summer wedding was the whimsy of daisies. Early on, we knew we wanted to add an element of playfulness in our design. As a result, you will notice this throughout the shoot. Above all, Alexandra Robyn beautifully captured every element of this delicate summer inspiration shoot. The Daisy Co Floral Boutique was the florist for the shoot. Daisy bouquets should definitely be more of a thing. Because we are all dreaming of daisies after this shoot.

Daisies are the next big trend

We think Daisies will be the next big wedding trend for florals. That is because they are light and fun. In other words, what makes them unique is they are elegantly whimsical at the same time. These floral arrangements feature white daisies, soft pink garden roses, and ranunculuses to add to the whimsy.

Daisies look good in relaxed, hand-tied bridal bouquets. They can be arranged either in organic shapes for a whimsical style or with a touch of color as part of a mixed bouquet with other seasonal blooms. Some of our favorites are anemones and ranunculus because make a great combination. For yellow and white wedding inspiration, make sure you include yellow Billy balls or Craspedia. For a bright wedding, we love them clashing with the coral charm peony. Beautiful white bouquets are by far the most classic style.
